The GMAT Test

GMAT is a standardized assessment test that consists of three main sections-analytical writing, quantitative reasoning, and verbal reasoning. Each of these sections contains different types of questions that have specific instructions for each.

Analytical Writing Assessment

This part is a 60 minute test that includes two essay type questions selected by the computer. One essay needs you to analyze an issue and the other is to analyze an argument.

Quantitative

The quantitative section is to test your mathematical skills. The time allotted for this section is 75 minutes in which you are required to solve 37 multiple choice questions.

Verbal

The verbal test is a 75 minutes test and contains 41 multiple choice questions that include reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and sentence correction.
