The MDE or Mississippi department of education is a governing body that supervises schools and colleges in Mississippi by identifying top priorities like early education, reading, teaching, leaderships, safety, orderly schools, education technology, parental involvement, community building etc.

For this purpose the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) through the Office of Educational Technology(OET), is requesting for the REP. The RFP is said to be due on or before June 2, 2004.
